Since 2004, Arndt Fritsche has been involved in RRI projects in both Iraq and Syria. As Head of Mission of Syria, he maintains close personal contact with the local employees and all relevant stakeholders and donors and oversees all ​​operations. He is further involved in donor relations, especially in Germany.

Faris is RRI’s Field Project Manager in charge of executing projects in Iraq. He is a highly qualified engineer with numerous years experience and mainly in charge of leading shelter related projects.

Doaa is one of our Project Managers in Syria. She’s our Education Specialist and in charge of planning, executing and overviewing Education related projects.

Martin Johnson is the regional Operations Manager and mainly in charge of supervising all the procurement steps and making sure all projects are executed according to RRI’s operation manuals and department policies

Yaser has been working for RRI for over nine years. As a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for the planning, execution and overview of all our projects in Iraq and Syria. He is further in charge of creating and maintaining fruitful relations to all the relevant humanitarian actors and stakeholders and to coordinate our work with the local authorities

For more than 13 years, Nadine Flache has led the projects in Iraq as Managing Director and Program Manager. Among other things, she is responsible for personnel management and the use of funds.

Hind Adel is RRI’s long-term and very experienced Finance manager and in charge of budgeting, forecasting, decision support and management reporting

Amr joined RRI at the beginning of 2018 and is one of our project managers in Syria. He’s in charge of leading shelter, NFI and WASH related projects and ensures, that the work is executed as planned and that project objectives are met.

Jutta Goldbecker manages HR and for many years has been the main contact person for the RRI office in Berlin.
